Who runs this site

coldmailing.co.uk is operated by Ultimate Vision Ltd, company number 14613662, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Office 4 Kingsway North, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead NE11 0JH, United Kingdom. Email: info@coldmailing.co.uk.

What we collect

  • If you email us: your name, email address and message, so we can reply.
  • Our web server keeps standard access logs: your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We use them to keep the site running and secure, not to build profiles.

We don’t run analytics or advertising scripts, and we don’t have a newsletter or a sign-up form.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: replying to you, and keeping the site working and secure.

The domain check

The domain check on our homepage runs in your browser. It sends the domain you type to Google Public DNS (dns.google) to read its public DNS records. The domain doesn’t reach us, and we don’t store it. Google’s privacy policy covers that request.

Fonts

Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s servers to fetch them, and those servers can see your IP address. Google’s privacy policy covers that connection.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. If we ever add analytics, we’ll ask for your consent first and update this notice and our cookie policy.

Who we share it with

Nobody, for marketing. Our hosting and email providers process data for us, on our instructions.

Affiliate links

When you follow a link to a vendor, the vendor may record that the visit came from us, using its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We don’t receive your personal details from the vendor, and we don’t share yours with it.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as we need to deal with your request and meet our legal obligations. Server logs are deleted automatically as they rotate.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. Write to info@coldmailing.co.uk. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes

If this notice changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
