How a tool gets onto this site, how a review is written, and what happens when a vendor disagrees with us.

Who we are, honestly

Every guide and review on this site is written by Hyusein Halil, who runs Ultimate Vision Ltd and builds outbound systems for clients. There’s no ghost writing and no vendor-written content.

We’re a consultancy that happens to publish. We judge tools against the jobs our clients need done, which is why a review spends more time on limits and add-on costs than on feature lists. It also means we’re not a large media outlet, and we won’t pretend to be one. If you want an answer to a specific question about which tool fits your situation, we’ve tried to make this the right place for it.

What we check before a tool appears

  • The vendor’s own pricing page, read directly rather than summarised from an affiliate network.
  • The limits that decide whether a tool suits a job: sending accounts, contacts, emails a month, warm-up, users and channels.
  • The add-on costs that are easy to miss, such as lead finding or client workspaces.
  • The vendor’s own affiliate terms, so we only promote a tool in ways the vendor allows.

Testing

Where we’ve used a tool in our own work, we say so. Where we’ve only read the vendor’s pages, we say that too, and we never present reading as hands-on testing. See how we review for the detail.

Accuracy

Vendors change their pricing often. We re-check every price and limit before a review is published, and we show the date we checked. If a number here is wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it and say what changed.

Independence and commission

Every tool reviewed here runs an affiliate programme, and we receive a commission when you buy through our affiliate links. So this site isn’t free of financial interest, and we don’t claim it is. What we do claim is narrower:

  • No vendor sees a review before it goes live.
  • No vendor pays for a review, a ranking position or a recommendation.
  • Commission doesn’t affect the verdict, and we don’t recommend a tool to a reader whose situation it doesn’t fit.
  • We keep the limits and the drawbacks in the review, not just the benefits.

When a vendor disagrees

If a vendor shows us a fact we got wrong, we correct it and say what changed. We don’t change a verdict because a vendor dislikes it.
